Trouble logging on or paying for your tickets?
We apologise if you have experienced difficulty in booking your tickets on line. It may be because our website was under construction for a short period of time, there was a high demand for that particular slot or the payment details you entered were either incorrect or void.
You can log back into your account at anytime on any computer. Simply log onto www.festiveice.co.uk and access the 'my account' page. Enter the password that was originally sent to your e mail and your e mail address.
In order to receive confirmation a valid e mail address must be given, otherwise your booking will be void.
What is the latest time I can book tickets?
Tickets are available to purchase in advance online with up to 24 hours notice. Unfortunately tickets cannot be booked online for a same day skating session. Tickets booked via our booking line must be booked with at least 48 hours notice.
Can I show up on the day?
There is an allocation of tickets available each day on site, so that non ticket holders have the opportunity to purchase a ticket for the next skating session, later that day or another day. Please remember though that the walk on slots get booked up very early on the day so the ticket office may not be able to offer you a slot.
Do spectators need to pay?
Spectators are welcome; they do not need to pay.
I have not received my email confirmation?
Please check your email spam folder first if the order email still has not been recieved after 24hrs follow the instructions below as We are unable to re-send you your order by e mail.
In order to access your account you need to revisit the www.festiveice.co.uk site and log on to your account using the details sent to you about your account after logging in go to account maintenance and you will see all the information about your booking click view under order Information and click print view to print off your order.
I have forgotten or lost my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Lost your Password” link and complete your details to receive a new password via email
Please note: your username is your email address used when you ordered.
Can I change the day or time?
Cancellations or changes to the date of your tickets can be made, please contact us as soon as possible via telephone or the online contact form.
Rink Rules:
1. Under 8's must be accompanied on the rink by a paying adult skater at all times. One child under eight per adult skater.
2. Please skate in an anti clockwise direction around the ice. Do not skate across the ice. Do not go back against the flow of skaters.
3. No smoking, alcohol, food or drink within the rink site. Please put rubbish in bins provided.
4. Do not use mobile phones whilst on the ice.
5. If you are skating alone please give your name and emergency contact details to skate collection.
6. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by skating please let skate collection know before you start to skate.
7. Ice Skates should only be worn on the allocated areas within the marquees or on the ice.
8. If anyone requires the toilet during their skating sessions, skates must first be taken off and returned to the ice skating collection point. A ticket will then be issued to give you admittance back onto the rink.
9. Please do not sit or climb on the crowd control barriers.
10. We do not tolerate abusive or anti social behaviour.
ALL SKATERS ARE REMINDED THAT THEY SKATE AT THEIR OWN RISK.

that you have read them before taking to the ice and listen to all instructions
from our Skate Stewards or Management.
Terms and Conditions –
Do’s
Do put your skates on in the skate change area – please use seating provided.
Do keep away from the ice area when resurfacing is taking place.
Do skate in an anti-clockwise direction unless directed otherwise.
Do obey skating marshals/management.
Do put litter in bins provided.
Do ensure your skates are fitted correctly.
Do wear suitable attire for an outdoor skating.
Do Not’s
Don’t smoke anywhere at the ice rink.
Don’t litter.
Don’t bring alcohol.
Don’t go onto the ice without skates.
Don’t wear “hoodies” with their hoods up.
Don’t take bags, phones or cameras on the ice.
Don’t take personal entertainment systems to be used on the ice.
Don’t eat, drink or chew on the ice.
Don’t play tag or any other games on the ice.
Don’t sit or climb on the rink barrier.
Don’t skate across the middle of the ice or against the flow of other skaters.
Don’t skate in chains (two holding hands is allowed).
Don’t chip, throw or spray the ice.
Don’t carry children and infants.
Don’t skate at excessive speed.
Don’t skate backwards without due care and attention to other skaters.
Don’t stand still or gather in groups whilst on the ice.
Don’t spin, jump or attempt acrobatic tricks – these are not allowed on the rink.
Don’t take photos or DVD/Video recordings in the marquee or on the ice.
Anti-social behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and those responsible
will be asked to leave the rink with no refund given.
Cancellation Terms:
1. The decision to close the rink at any time will be made by the Rink Manager acting in the interest of the general public if he feels the rink is deemed unsafe to skate. (Due to weather conditions)
2. In the event of bad weather a decision will be made whether sessions will run. A decision will be made at 9am for the morning sessions and 11.30am for the afternoon sessions. If you are unsure if the rink will be open on the day you are skating you can contact us on 01332 864734. If the rink has to close to due to bad weather in every instance the ticket office will endeavour to relocate your tickets to another session. In every circumstance this will only be agreed with the rink manager.
